Partners wanted to establish HiBrasil - productive work earns 'sweat' equity

HiBrasil is no different to any other new venture - it needs a hard-working, intelligent, dedicated and effective team to bring it into reality. It is a bold project, and highly geared in terns of return, but it is not going to be an easy victory.

The main problem is recruitment of participants - despite the high level of returns on investment (ROI) projected for participants in HiBrasil, most Brazilian entrepreneurs would rather not put money 'up-front' in any project, they would sooner avoid even a low level of risk even when it means that they get a continuing low level of return on their output. It is a strange mentality, possibly explained by the fact that the present generation of owner-operators did not start their businesses, but inherited it from their parents; and these present people are not as good in business as theri parents were.

So the needs - the challenges -  for prospective  HiBrasil management group partners are as follows -

  • to believe in the HiBrasil concept, and be prepared to work to make it come into reality;

  •  to have well developed business skills, backed by qualifications and personal qualities

  • to have knowledge of the Brazilian export and export finance areas

  • to be well connected in the areas of furniture manufacturing and other fields of interest to HiBrasil

  • to have effective access to Government and media centres of influence

  • to have a truly  professional work ethic and an associated strong ambition to make HiBrasil succeed in winning new export markets for Brazil.

Please, first of all  read this website thoroughly, making sure that you understand the structure, and work out why it is so. Next, write a SHORT email to me explaining your background and what you can contribute to HiBrasil; attach a BRIEF resume.

DO NOT PHONE ME - any persons phoning instead of emailing me will not be considered - I only want people who can work within guidelines.

Thanks for your interest - I hope we get to work together!
